A very brief update, because I really ought to go to bed.� Work is less miserable than at the beginning.� Iapos;ve found that two of my coworkers are actually cool, which is a huge relief.� The rest I tolerate (funny, they would never guess they need to be "tolerated"), which has become easier now that training is done and Iapos;m on the phone, at my own desk (incidentally, my half-cubicle is in the corner of the office and is next to the window, so I like to think of it as my own little executive office), and so not dealing with them as frequently as before.
Also, I have an introduction for my grad school personal statement.� Itapos;s longer than would be ideal, and Iapos;m not at all sure of it, because itapos;s pretty unconventional.� On the other hand, I like it very much.� Iapos;m working on another version, too, though, so weapos;ll see which one I end up feeling better about.
